Overview
We're seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our team and help build the next generation of enterprise AI solutions. You'll work on challenging problems involving multimodal AI, decision intelligence, and voice-first interfaces that power immersive agents for businesses across Southeast Asia and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
- •Design, develop, and deploy AI models and systems for enterprise workflows, decision support, and intelligent automation
- •Implement multimodal AI solutions that integrate voice, text, and visual inputs for immersive agent experiences
- •Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
- •Optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and resource efficiency in production environments
- •Research and experiment with emerging AI technologies and techniques to push the boundaries of what's possible
- •Build and maintain robust testing, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks for AI systems
- •Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation and best practices
Requirements
Required
- •5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on production systems
- •Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar) and model deployment
- •Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in software engineering best practices
- •Experience with LLMs, NLP, and multimodal AI systems
- •Proven track record of shipping AI products to production
- •Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Preferred
- •Experience with voice AI, speech recognition, or conversational AI systems
- •Knowledge of decision intelligence, reasoning systems, or agent architectures
- •Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools
- •Background in enterprise software or B2B AI solutions
- •Published research or contributions to open-source AI projects
